These Terms and Conditions apply to the Tribe Rewards app ("Application"), created by Tribe Rewards Pty Ltd. ("Service Provider"). By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

The Application allows users to store loyalty card data, including card numbers. The Service Provider takes reasonable measures to safeguard this data but does not guarantee uninterrupted access or backup. The Service Provider is under no obligation to provide a copy of stored data upon termination of access to the Application.

The Service Provider is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Application. This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, device damage, or missed savings due to incorrect loyalty card information.

You are responsible for ensuring the security of your device and the lawful use of the Application. The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse is detected, including unauthorized attempts to modify or reverse-engineer the Application.

9. Changes to Terms

The Service Provider may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
